Leading the statewide development team, Barbara works with staff, board members and community volunteers to guide the implementation of all fundraising initiatives that support Arbor Hospice and Arbor Hospice philanthropic programs. In addition to cultivating and stewarding key donor relationships, Barbara provides leadership oversight on major gifts, annual fund, grants and foundation funding, special event fundraisers, third party fundraisers and donation processing.

As Director of Philanthropy, Peggy Cole draws on over 30 years of experience in the non-profit sector to bring people together as partners in support of the mission of Arbor Hospice. Her primary responsibility is to oversee the organization’s fundraising efforts. Peggy’s goal is to ensure that Arbor Hospice’s supporters are experiencing genuine, high-quality interactions with the organization. She works to communicate to supporters the organization’s gratitude for their generosity as well as the impact of their gifts.

Laura is responsible for the Annual Giving Fund at Arbor Hospice and Arbor Hospice. She serves as the main contact for the Caring Circle Society, spring and fall fundraising appeals, as well as the spring and fall Connections newsletter.

Based in Ann Arbor, Kim is responsible for managing fundraising events across southeast Michigan for Arbor Hospice and Arbor Hospice. As a Philanthropy Specialist, Kim establishes and maintains relationships with vendors, donors, and community partners.

Emily Falicki oversees the donation processing department, managing the daily activities of the Arbor Hospice and Arbor Hospice donor database, including constituent data entry, gift processing and acknowledgement, financial and gift reporting, and donor-related gift inquiries.
