TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (Dec. 16, 2020) – Arbor Hospice announces Kjirsten Boeve, MA, LPC as grief support services manager in Traverse City, Michigan. Boeve’s primary responsibilities include development and implementation of grief support service and educational programs for bereaved individuals including Arbor Hospice families and community members.
Her previous experience includes counseling, grief support and support specialist positions at Michael’s Place and Post Adoption Resource Center, both in Traverse City.
Boeve received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois and a Master of Arts in counseling from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) by the National Board for Certified Counselors, Inc. and is currently seeking recertification in thanatology through the Association of Death Education and Counseling.
She currently resides in Traverse City with her husband and four children.
